First thing we did after arriving in Campbell river, Vancouver island was Lunch! Second thing was hiking! Here are a couple of photos near one of the trailheads to Elk Falls. Another beautiful day on the island it was. I think we lucked out with the daily exceptional weather, couldn’t have asked for anything better. We weren’t sure exactly how long the hike to the falls was, as we sort of found this place on a whim. Off we go! Thanks for stopping by.

What a nice little river and a great place for lunch you picked out there. That is a really pretty place, and you can tell it gets a lot of visitors by all the carving into the clay walls!

When I saw Riverside I first thought Riverside, California... lol It's out east of here, but takes forever to get out there thanks to traffic!
