Off Season Perks
(Edited)
We spent some time in Banff National Park a few weeks ago, and it was most certainly a lot of fun. For me, my favourite part is just to walk around, hike around, photographing the amazing Canadian nature at its finest. One great thing about spending time in Banff in late April, are the sparse crowds. It’s a beautiful thing really. One thing I can do without are the large crazy crowds, that tend to swap this place in the Summer months, especially around the townsite. Off season has its perks! Thanks for stopping by.

Wow ooo what a wonderful and beautiful pictures, the water is very colorful, the sky is so brightful and some people are there enjoying the the atmosphere of the environment 👍♥️
Yes a wonderful place full of pure enjoyment!
Exactly oooooo 👍 ♥️
The second picture clearly shows the wild strength of the nature with that savage river... I wonder how much it costs to stay in that hotel, it's in a great position for trips
The hotel in that picture is super expensive to stay at. $500+ per night minimum. I can't justify spending that much, so not for me, only rich tourists!
Oh man that's EXPENSIVE... Out for my pockets too!
Not even that, but who wants to drop over $500 per night? Just seems like a waste of $$. I'd rather pay $200/night and spend the $300 I saved on buying Hive or precious metals.
true... and i mean in 3 nights you pay a full week of holiday somewhere in middle summer for the whole family lol
Yeah, just seems like a waste.
The place you are visiting is very beautiful. Its beauty seems to invite us to stop for a moment and be more grateful. Very peaceful.
Sometimes one has to stop, look around, and just enjoy your surroundings!
Off-season is definitely best. See the sights before the kids are unleashed from school. Just don't accidentally plan it during Spring Break or other school and college holidays.
Ias that the same chalet you had in a prior photoset on what looked like a bare hill? If so, this angle is far more photogenic, and if not, this one is far more appealing to me anyway.
Exactly, avoid the crowds and kiddies.
Yes, it is the same hotel. Thanks for dropping a comment.
Beautiful Place and amazing Shots

Thanks as always.
The iPhone lens is powerful, I thought you actually took these ones with the SONY, they look great. There are not a lot of people in the area, I guess as you've said; April is the best time to be here
I'll be dropping the Sony pics sometime in the coming months, but as you say, the iPhone ones are coming out well. The images look somewhat more "real" than the Huawei's.
Thanks for the wonderful shots, beauty, nice big house in that one photo
Ever stayed at that big house bos?
No I had lunch there one time. I tried to buy it, the bank wouldn't lend me enough mooney.
Pretty amazing place to walk, hike and do photography! I would love to walk down those stairs!!!

Yes, generally stairs are a nuisance, but not in the mountains!
It's always nice to enjoy nature without a whole lot of company. Crowds really make the experience less enjoyable in my experience. But more and more people are taking advantage of national parks here and in Canada. Here you have to make a reservation time to even enter several parks during peak season!
Oh really? I didn’t know that. We were sort of planning a trip to Yellowstone this summer, then after digging in a bit, lots of people were talking about the crazy amount of people, cars and traffic jams..not for me, maybe we will go in the off season or something.
So pretty 😍
Even in black and white the charm remains intact.
Yes, that is why I like to publish in b&w as well as colour.
