Nymph Falls Nature Park

Welcome to day four of our trip to Vancouver Island. I did not have anything planned in advance for this particular day, so just kind of “winged it”. Nearby Courtney (where we were staying) was a park with a fall as it’s major attraction. I found out about this place after doing an AI search for top 5 attractions around Courtney. Located about 20 minutes away, I thought this would be something good to check out for the first half of the day. Put the coordinates into maps and away we went. Here are some of the first photos I captured that day. Thanks for stopping by.

Camera: Sony A7R III
Lens: Sony 24-105mm f4 G OSS
Editing: Lightroom

Ohhh! The first picture was really cool and relaxing to sit down and breathe fresh air while appreciating the beauty of nature. Amazing place! Have a great day!
Nature is amazing isn't it?!
Yeah indeed! I also love it. It’s so refreshing and you are recharged after all.
This one is so strange, can you get in there and out? Looks big
Yep, using a search for best attractions in a place is something I do too!
It really caught my eye. Definitely could pitch a one man tent in there.
Best shotss ❤️
Thanks.
Wow ooo,all the pictures look very beautiful, but the first one, seems to be more beautiful, comfortable and a relaxing place ♥️.
Wow, the photos of Nymph Falls are truly amazing. The Sony really brought out the details and colors really enjoyed seeing them.
The sony really does a great job at that. Thanks for looking.
Winging a day like that can be fun surprisingly. That stop near Courtney feels like an easy place to chill the day, dope bench
Spur of the moment sort of experience, and it worked out well!
Worked out beautifully as I can see from your shots
Happy Thanksgiving
Same to you guys/gals down south!
Very cool pictures, I love that giant tree with the bifurcation (or is a trifurcation?) That was a nice forest find there, and has some great photo opportunities. Lots of nice tree trunks and moss, those come out nice in mono!
Hmmm, I forget how it looked from the other side, so safe to call it a bifurcation I suppose! Thanks as usual.
I like black and white morew especially with all these shadows and tree textures. Great captures, tho.
Trees tend to go well with black and white photography. Thanks.
Great Shots as always

Nice photo graphs, You could make a good Motocross track through that forest & prob squeese through that tree with the double trunk
Cr450 would do the trick.
