Nature’s Chopsticks

There are chopsticks, and then there are “nature’s chopsticks”. Here we have two fallen logs, lodged between the rock canyon walls. Just waiting for their time to move on to another “adventure”. The water is turquoise coloured due to the suspended rock powder. Anyhow, speaking of adventures; have you been on any adventures this summer or soon to depart on one? These photos were taken from a bridge, passing over this incredible stretch of rushing water, inside Nipika Mountain resort, East Kootenay, British Columbia. Thanks for stopping by.

Curious how the 2 sticks formed a sort of bridge, totally random

In that pictures you can see all the strength of the river, look at that flow!

No big adventures for now except driving under the hailing lol

Never know what you will find in nature!

Hail is the worst, not to mention the damage it can do to one's vehicle.

really similar to chopsticks, the coolest discovery and most beautiful surprise that nature has provided.

🤔😂😂😂😂 Wow, those logs really do look like chopsticks. The color of the water is beautiful, makes the whole scene feel so peaceful and alive at the same time. Great shot and great eye for getting such detail
