Mountainside Photography
Here are a few more Mountainside photos taken on the trail to Sentinel Pass, located above and beyond Minnestimma Lakes, here in Banff Park, Alberta. The scenery from this vantage point was just incredible (minus the somewhat smokey skies). As mentioned previously, I did not make it to the top, but managed to go far enough to get some decent pics. A surreal feeling to be this high up, elevation wise, really high at approximately 3,000 metres or 9,800 feet or so!

Usually these trails with this kind of rocks are quite slippery and treacherous. At least in my humble experience as hiker.

Good photos and editing even though it is in black and white you can see the landscape with more life than in color it gives a surreal touch I like it.
