Mountains, Forests & Rivers

DSC08554.jpeg

Mountains, forests and rivers. Three of my favourite things; on display here at the intersection between the Kootenay and Cross rivers. It was a perfect day to explore the spectacular outdoors, here in East Kootenay, British Columbia. The beautiful turquoise water colour always adds a flare to the landscape! At the moment, we are planning a return trip to the same general area. Today’s post took us to the northern section of Nipika, and the next trip will take us to the eastern section — then I will compare to see which is better. Stay tuned. Thanks for stopping by.

If i was to judge as a photographer which I'm no I would say that the turquoise water really makes the landscape pop, that's what impressed me the most but the entire thing is a masterpiece

The first image really captured all three in perfect way! I wonder if there's a way through the forest to reach the mountain top?
