Misty Turquoise

This is misty Turquoise Moraine Lake. Well it is not exactly mist, but forest fire smoke in the air. Normally Moraine Lake sparkles a lot more than this. In fact my avatar is a picture of the lake under normal circumstances. Hopefully we can put all this smokey stuff behind us. It seems that over the last few years or so, the forest fire activity has increased. Some say climate change is to blame, me I’m not so sure. What do you think?

This lake is so beautiful and the blue color water looks awesome. The first photo is a great mix of lake, mountains, and trees which makes it a great click. Love the place. Have a nice weekend.

I don't know if that lake has that blue tint normally. it's an absolute stunning scenery. Just look at the mist from behind the mountains.

Under normal circumstances it would not, the smokey air seemed to enhance the blues.

I am also not so sure that this is caused by climate changes, it is possible that there are interests for this kind of actions! Still the lake looks great and the view is wonderful. Obviously the pictures are great @daveks friend!

the view of the lake is truly extraordinary, surrounded by hills and several trees as well as the water which is very clean until it is blue in color, this is truly extraordinary, your first photo is a complete package of views that I want, it's just that in my area there is no place like This
