Middle Lake
Generally Mountain lakes tend to comes in twos and even threes; meaning you have your main “bigger” lake, and then another smaller one nearby, and sometimes even a third too. Here at Silver Spring in East Kootenay, we have a threefor. If you look on google maps, the first lake and the biggest one say Silver Spring Lake, but this one, the middle lake does not have a title. It is just part of the three lakes called “Silver Spring”. As much as I love “Middle Lake”, I think the largest, and then the smallest (which I will show tomorrow), are the prettiest. Stay tuned. Thanks for stopping by.

Stunning!!
One of our best and most fulfilling hikes.
The reflection of the lake of the first photo is so captivating. Both the original pic and it's shadow look similar. Have a great time.
Always love them reflections. Thanks for looking @shamis.
That middle lake view is serene and beautifully framed—excited to see the smallest one next!
The next one was really terrific. Will show them pics later today. Thanks for looking.
Are they connected with each other or independent?
On the first photo, it's like 2 different environments, on the right the green forest full of trees, on the left rocks and stone with less trees
The first two lakes are "just" connected. The second and third are not at all. Really interesting terrain around this place. Thanks for checking it out.
What a serene spot! The reflections on the water are so crisp, they almost look unreal. It's fascinating how these lake clusters form — looking forward to seeing the smallest one you mentioned!
It was such a beautiful spot to visit, and the last lake pics coming in tonight.
Very beautiful and brightful lake indeed 👍, God' s hand work is very beautiful and great.
It sure was fun.
That's good 👍.
The lake is beautiful and serene, anxiously waiting to see the small lake

Amazing mountains photos. I love the miror effect.
Yeah, it was super beautiful. Thanks.
An amazing Mountain lakes view. Water are transparent. Nice photos
Thank you.
You could almost see the bottom of the water because of that transparent hue. Wonderful view of the mountain side as well .
I love them clear transparent lakes, it sure adds to the experience.
The last image is quite a beautiful shot, the greenery is everywhere.
Thanks for the insight on lakes coming in twos or threes, will pay attention to it from now on :)
Thanks @takhar.
Spectacular, these lakes seem to indirectly show their beauty, the first one really caught my attention.
Yes very true. Thanks for looking.
Beautiful reflections , I will be stayin' tuned in for shore
Ok bos.
The pictures of natural beauty are quite good and what I like the most are the black and white pictures which have quite good art.
Hey thanks, do you ever publish black and whites?
Beautiful reflections in that lake, great pictures! That old eroding rock ridge sure is pretty, looks like well worth the hike to get there!

You just got DUO from @thebighigg.

Was going to take a closer look at that rock, but then decided to just stick closer to the lake. Thanks.
Today, the colored ones exceed those in black and white, but the black and white does give us a sense of the starkness of the rocks, and the seriousness of what it would mean to climb that shore!
Serious is right. Perhaps too serious for my liking, but it looks nice.
It is a feast for the eyes, if a foe for the feet and body!
Very good photographs. Not bad editing. I look forward to continue enjoying your content😌🌟
Glad you liked it.
Nice Shots
Thanks.
