Marysville Falls Steps

Prior to visiting Marysville Falls, we were hiking at Wycliffe Butte, just minutes away from here. So why not soak in a couple of activities for the day right? This one was an easy stroll along the Marysville river, with some nice views of the falls. All in all about a half hour of walking or less. Toward the upper portion of the fall, it does look like a staircase of “rock steps” — pretty cool eh! Photos taken in Marysville, East Kootenay, British Columbia. Thanks for stopping by.

Wow, the view is truly beautiful, and the angle is perfect. The rock formations look truly unique.
It was a nice little gem to experience, and easy to access.
Ah nice waterfall, expecially with the rocks all around!
I was surprisingly close to town. Thanks.

Aww that waterfalls looking view. It's fantastic to see.
It was an enjoyable walk with a waterfall.
There's nothing quite like the sounds of water as it goes over a nice falls like that one. I find it relaxing and enjoyable, as opposed to the deafening Niagara Falls! That's worth seeing too if you are ever out that way. The falls look great in color and mono, that mono really brings out the details that would otherwise be missed in the color. So fascinating how that one change can affect the whole look and feel of a picture. Great shots!
That's nice that the falls is so close by the butte, it's an added perk for your trip out that way. Such a shame you're trip got put off this weekend, but it happens!

Never have been to Niagara, but I imagine it would be deafening. Someday will need to go out there for a "photo shoot". Not sure what I will end up doing this weekend, but hopefully have some kind of adventure.
The water looks so white 😂 that's one thing I like about these areas, I said it before I'll say again, afraid of heights but love me a nice view like this. Perfect shots
Not a lover of heights either, this view was from solid flat ground actually.
Oh wow you got it from a good position then
