Marine Blue meets Turquoise
(Edited)
This is Waterton Lake, as seen from the Prince of Wales hotel’s “front yard”. The beauty of this lake is second to none! Look and you can see a two tier-like colour to the lake. Marine blue meets turquoise you might say. If you look far enough down the lake, you can see the northern tip of Glacier Park, Montana. Cool eh! This was our first time visiting the Park (aside from the visit when I was a little kid and don’t remember any of it), and I’m guessing we will need to come out at least two more times in the near future, in order to get the full experience under our belts. Looking forward to the next couple of visits. Thanks for stopping by.

excellent blues
Imagine swimming in that lake!
Double colors? Oh wow, it reminds sort of Maldives sea where you have the light blue and then where it's deep the classic blue of the sea
Exactly, makes you want to jump right in and go snorkeling or something!
Wow ooo, the sky is so brightful and is even reflecting on the sea, and giving it a beautiful and brightful colour. Your pictures are very beautiful and brightful,👍♥️
Appreciate that. Thanks.
Your welcome ♥️
a perfect view with a peaceful nuance, crystal clear two-colored water surrounded by towering mountains and a clear sky decorated with white clouds is truly beautiful.
Closest thing to heaven on earth. Thanks for stopping by.
That was so amazing! The blue and cloudy sky met the crystal-clear water. That place was so peaceful and refreshing.
Indeed a very amazing and refreshing place to visit. Highly recommended to visit someday.
Really epic photos! I was thinking this place looks super familiar, and when I read that it was in Glacier Park, Montana I realized I had been here before many years ago. Looks just as beautiful as I remember. Thank you for sharing!
Well this lake is mostly inside Waterton Park, Alberta, but 20% of the lake is in US waters. I am told that the Glacier park portion is actually more beautiful than Waterton!
Oh, I didn't realize the park extended into Canada as well. Looks beautiful from both sides!
A lot of people don't even know that!
Bah bah🤝🤝
👍👍
When I look at the depths of your photos, I tell myself how fantastic nature can be, and I am happy to see your beautiful vision, I also see.
Nothing better than nature really! Thanks for commenting.
I like the way the two colors blend, they both compliment each each other. The view is mesmerizing
Yeah, I could sit here all day gazing at this lake!
It's magnificent. From where you stood, it's feels like a pool with endless vanity. The island in the middle of it makes it magical. Wow.
Okay, but I am not sure about two colors like that. I'm going to think about this. & those mountains in the 1st 2 pictures are eerie.
Loofin out loud
Qué fotografías tan hermosas.
Thank you.
Nice. I think for big nature scenes like this I still prefer the color.
That is understandable. Thanks for looking.
I love coloured photographs and black and white photographs at the same extent. Coloured photographs evokes warmth and brings images come to life. A sunset is a great example, when you look at it looks pretty much alive, appreciative even. On the other hand, there's something about black and white photographs that captures my interests. It shows raw emotions, something that our eyes can't see but feel.
Just like me. Well said!
It's an enchanting landscape, if it is like this in photography I can imagine how it will be live and direct, simply beautiful.
Glad you liked it!
All I can say is wow, great pictures indeed whether color or black and white
Thank you, thank you.
Wow. Fantastic…. Most beautiful place on earth.
Western Canadian beauty at it's finest!
What beautiful colors that are produced from glacial run off! That is a great place to visit, no doubt. Glaciers in Montana is gorgeous, it's been several years since I've made it up there though. I love the pictures today, beautiful!
Time for another visit soon I might think?
Okay, but I am not sure about two colors like that. I'm going to think about this. &
