Last Summer
Last Summer we went to the lake, and it was fantastic! Now there was a bit of smoke in the skies, due to neighbouring forest fire activity; making this incredible display of the setting sun. Summer, my favourite time of the year. Fishing, paddle boarding, water skiing, biking, and hiking are some of the best activities one can do in the Summer. How about you, what is your favourite season, and what are your favourite activities?

That first photo is lovely... I've been reading and watching the news about the recent wildfires in Canada, now I see that the smoke in the atmosphere there produces effects similar to those produced here, generating dramatically beautiful sunsets and sunrises. .. Thanks for sharing, it's impressive to see that image also in black and white!

That's a nice lake, which one is it?
We like hiking, and were near Barrier lake today, which is not really a lake.
Saw a bear on the trail though, it was quite the adventure.
This is Waskesui Lake, in northern Saskatchewan. Did you do the barrier lake lookout? It’s on my agenda maybe this summer. I assume you had bear spray right?
Id like to complete this hike and go down through Jewell pass this summer. Amazing views. Do Rawson lake and Sarrail ridge too.
Bear spray is a must here.

Weve did it twice last summer. Next time id like to loop around it and do Sarrail ridge, heard amazing things about it.
Supposed to be the place to go if you have the stamina for it.
