This is it. Our last look at Sunshine Meadows, Banff/East Kootenay Park, Alberta/British Columbia. The rock wall edging up from the lake looks so interesting, with the foliage sprouting up between the cracks forming a puzzle-like topography. Cool eh! Just one of many points of interest out here in the Sunshine meadows area. Next stop is the town of Banff, stay tuned.

The photos you've taken at Sunshine Meadows are truly stunning! The rock wall with foliage sprouting between the cracks indeed creates a fascinating topography. I'm excited to see more of your photographic journey as you continue to explore Banff and share your experiences with us.

As for your question, I'm curious to know more about your photography process. How do you decide when to use black and white versus color in your photographs?

I start then complete the edited colour photo. Then I begin tweeking and editing using different black & white filters. Thanks for looking @hiro-hive

That grass pattern actually reminds me of the concrete spiderweb pattern the Japanese use to reinforce many mountain sides that are against residential areas to protect against landslide. Strange thing to jump into my mind.... but that's the first thing that did.

It's an astonishing area, this time, I would say the colored version of this one was way better, because of all the green scenery and how it painted the meadow quite well.

@daveks Friend this is an extraordinary landscape and your photographs are of excellent quality, I really like to see these landscapes and even more when we can appreciate them in full color and then in black and white. Greetings and hugs!
