Lake Louise Beach

This is the Lake Louise “Beach”, at least this is what I am calling it. A perfect place to go swimming you might ask, but after you discover just how cold the water is, likely you will only want to take pictures only and not want to wade in. Notice how nobody is actually in the water. Beautiful area though to gaze upon, and a wonderful pit stop on our way to the Plain of six glaciers tea hut. Come along, it is time to hit the trailhead.

The view of the building in the background of the lake is similar to a hydroelectric plant ;-) (first photo). But after looking at the information on the Internet, I found out that it is Fairmont Château Lake Louise (oops.. :-) )
The glacial water in the lake has an amazing color.
