I would consider Rock Isle Lake via Sunshine Meadows to be one of the “hidden gems” in the Banff Park area. Funny thing is though, in order to get to this hidden gem, one must first start in Banff, but then enter East Kootenay Park to visit. Mountain backdrop, check. Plenty of beautiful green foliage, check. Turquoise lake water, check. Fewer hikers, check. Hidden Gem discovered, check. Have you found any hidden gems lately?

Dear @daveks Rock Isle Lake through Sunshine Meadows is a true gem of a place, starting with Banff, and then entering East Kootenay Park to visit it, it is really worth doing this journey because what you see is a beauty of green vegetation, with a beautiful panorama of turquoise water of the lake, the question is very valid Have you found any hidden gem lately? At least in Venezuela I haven't seen it. Thanks for showing such beautiful environments and thanks for your visits to my publications, I hope you continue to have success with such colorful places.
