Heaven on Earth

Have you ever imagined what heaven on earth might look like? I think I found it here. Half-way across a bridge, peering down at the gorgeous Kootenay river in the morning hours. Stellar weather, pristine flowing turquoise water, blues skies, luscious green trees, and not a care in the world! Indeed, Heaven on Earth! Thanks for stopping by.

Everything looks fresh and new. What were the temperatures during your walk? It looks a bit on the cool side.

It wasn't too bad, maybe somewhere's around 18°C or so.

Oh nice. That sounds like the kind of lovely fall weather we get here around November.

I agree with you it’s an amazing earthly paradise. My focus is drawn to that tree with the yellow leaves; it adds a touch of color that makes the place feel even more vibrant.

For me heaven on earth was my favorite basketball team's arena during euroleague games. I still remember it fondly. Maybe mostly because I used to go there with my dad(who died quite long time ago).

I am not really a traveler but I like seeing your photos and I agree- that area seems awesome as well. I especially like the third photo from the top.

The first photo is an apotheosis of visual harmony!... And the photo of the bridge with all those lines of shadows and the surrounding pine trees is an exquisite stroke of genius!
