Gorgeous Emerald

Somewhat similar to Emerald Lake in Banff National Park, this lake also has a gorgeous Emerald colour to the water. It was really a wow kind of experience. Gorgeous weather, gorgeous water, gorgeous day of hiking it was. This particular lake is located in the east Kootenay area of British Columbia. The more I get out to this part of the Canadian Rockies, the more I love it. I may just have to move out here permanently at some point. One other attractive thing about this area is the lack of crowds and tourists — right up my alley! The national parks are fantastic, minus the crowds though that can take away from your overall experience. Thanks for stopping by.

Very beautiful places, and everything there are very gorgeous. I love the fact that there was no crowd over there, so that you will not be distracted, rather you focus on what you are there for.Dear as I always say, you are doing well, ride on 👍♥️.

The view is amazing, especially the water is crystal clear. As if nature is showing off all its beauty without any secrets. A small paradise in the middle of nature.

That's true the water are very similar... Look at the green perfect circles on the second!

Yea with too much crowd is less enjoyable

Fewer people the better really. Not that I don’t like people, but the added noise and whatnot just takes away from the experience.

It's understandable when you say like this

I may just have to move out here permanently at some point.

Love the emerald shade on the water combined with the reflections of the landscape! Emerald color is a beautiful color itself and the surrounding areas are also great for introspection :)

The sight of the water is absolutely breathtaking. I didn't think you could have waters with such colors, it looks unreal and feel like the movies

It would be ideal to be there with no other people to distract from the beauty. That is a beautiful lake, they don't come much prettier! I would be nice to have that in your backyard wouldn't it?
