Gateway to Heaven

DSC08450.jpeg

Have you ever been to Heaven? Me neither, but hiking up here, on top of the world at Sunshine meadows, is kinda like that. Or the next best thing anyways. I guess I am biased, as I just love our Canadian national parks, in particular the parks in Alberta and British Columbia. This portion of “heaven” is inside Banff Park, which is my favourite of them all, a busy park, but still my fav. For this Summer though, I have mostly decided to take a break from Banff, and have ventured to some new places, like Vancouver Island, B.C and Waterton park, Alberta. So far the Summer is going well, how about your Summer thus far? Thanks for stopping by.

Definitely a free ticket to heaven. To enjoy the serenity and the natural beauty free of cost. The second picture where the clouds act as a canopy for the mountains and rivers are just amazing.

The first and second pictures seems like a painting, as if it can't be a real place, so fashinating landscape!

Amazing👍 The most beautiful and peaceful peak. The view is truly beautiful. This time I was more interested in the appearance of a large rock surrounded by small, beautiful leafy plants. It looks like it's sleeping with a blanket of plants😄

Lowkey stating to like the black and white versions almost the same as the colored 😂❤️ I can imagine how absolutely unreal the view would be seeing it in real life

Yeah, real life is definitely the best for sure. Thanks for looking.

I think any place that makes one feel on top of the world has some resemblance with heaven, maybe a reflection of sorts or something similar :)

Summer is okay over here, loving the sunny weather although the heat can get quite extreme some days!

I bet your summer's are very hot, and probably too hot for any long hiking adventures. Just means you have to go when cooler. Thanks for stopping by.

Wow this is a little patch of heaven and it screams Paradise. Imagine sitting here on a day of sunshine and watching the vast lands. This is beyond imaginable.
