Fairview Mountain at Lake Louise
(Edited)

After arriving at the one and only Lake Louise, Banff National Park, we made our way to the lake’s edge and decided to walk the perimetre trail to the far end of the lake. The massive mountain across the lake is Fairview Mountain. There is a hike (Fairview Lookout) that takes you up through the trees and near the tree line, allowing for a fantastic view of the lake and chateau, a hike I did a few years back. For today though, a walk to the far end of the lake and back was the objective. Thanks for stopping by.

Definitely, you would love it.
This place gives me a sense of peace
Yes, the only distraction are the hoards of people.
There is always a sense of calm when watching the water flow gently and the mountain peaks begin to turn white.
The magic of nature in motion!
Great shots, the second picture is breathtaking. Are there mountains like this in Canada that you've not been to, but expecting to visit someday?
Next Thursday I am in a new area which is actually on the other side of these mountains, will be epic! Stay tuned for some pics, I'll probably post of video of the area that evening.
