Cooper Lake

avatar
(Edited)

It was a relatively easy hike in to this beautiful little lake, nestled in East Kootenay, this is Cooper Lake. Peaceful, relaxing, and not another human in sight. Felt like one’s own private lake actually. I guess being a Canadian, I am part owner anyhow (1/35,000,000th). This would be one of those lakes where you could camp right beside the lake, catch a few fish, build a fire, cook a few fish (and perhaps a hot dog or two), and enjoy the sunset. Repeat. Did you get a chance to visit any small beautiful lakes last Summer?

The natural beauty is truly extraordinary. We can see how beautiful the views are of the mountains with waters below.

So did you get any fish to cook? Iam sure one would have a lovely time spending an evening their with such a wonderful view before them. The trees have maintained an orderly line across the shore in the first poc. Nice 👍

If we had more time, then yes we could have. Next time we may plan ahead more. Thanks for looking.

Ohhh. I really like this one. It's almost symmetric and the reflection is very nice!

Thanks, it did turn out quite well. The water was so calm, except for the odd fish jumping out of the water.

I love how peaceful it seems; it really feels like a hidden gem. It sounds like the perfect spot to relax, fish, and enjoy nature.

I am always so astonished to see the contrast in black and white ... a reflective surface seems to become a clear window, revealing strange worlds beneath the waters ... the reflections become surreal objects to the eye in water!

What an awesome lake! And you are part owner, even cooler even if it's a very tiny percentage! I love those lakes that are so remote that almost no one goes there, it's just so peaceful and quiet. I wish I could have gotten out more this year, but health issues slowed me down... It sucks not being 21 anymore!

Beautiful pictures! What an awesome place to enjoy nature. And hopefully no bears

What a pretty place! That third picture is amazing, kind of like a horseshoe view! That looks like a tough place to fish though, the deep water looks kind of far from the shore. A kayak would be perfect! Would be a great place to have a lake house!

You might be right about the deep water. Perfect for kayaking as you say!

Nature always gives us that kind of unforgettable panoramas like the ones in the pictures you have captured photographs you have captured.

I think that one of the remedies for stress and all those modern diseases can be cured when we have more frequent contact with nature, those views relax the mind a lot.

I like the colour photography, all these are beautiful but one photo really gets my attention. The third coloured image from the top. It's calm and peaceful feeling.

I did stop by a few lakes on my April road trip, and I hope to see a lot more this summer. And yes, I plan to poach the king's fish for a few suppers as well.

You claim some people are "beyond hope" and that you’re not wasting any more time on us. Yet here your good friend @jacobtothe continues to downvote the truth instead of addressing the systemic abuse we’ve exposed. If you truly cared about making Hive better, you’d stop enabling corruption and start working toward solutions—instead of adding to the problem by silencing dissent.

Let’s be clear: we wonder what drives you. You say you care about Hive, but your actions tell a different story. Instead of fixing the issues we’ve brought to light—like scam farms, coordinated downvotes, and unethical practices—you turn a blind eye and suppress those who speak out. Downvoting the truth doesn’t erase it; it only highlights your inability to confront uncomfortable realities.

It’s telling that Blocktrades has so much to lose if Hive collapses—and even more telling that your friends have openly joked about being the last ones to “turn off the lights” if it all goes south. These statements reveal far more than you realize. The connections between accounts like @themarkymark, BuildaWhale, Blocktrades, and Alpha aren’t just speculation—they’re becoming increasingly obvious to anyone paying attention.

At Bilpcoin, our mission is simple: to expose corruption and fight for accountability. What do you really contribute besides chatting with your old friends and obsessing over young women online? Your priorities seem misplaced when compared to the urgent need for reform on Hive.

We’ve asked you repeatedly to reflect on your actions because this fight is bigger than you think. Every downvote you cast against the truth only adds fuel to the fire, further eroding trust in the ecosystem. Transactions don’t lie, and neither do we. The evidence is there for anyone willing to see it—but will you finally open your eyes, or will you continue clinging to denial?

Sincerely,
The Bilpcoin Team
