Canoes of Cameron Lake
One of the recreational staples at any given lake is the canoe. Red ones, green ones, blue ones, and sometimes yellow ones. It is always fun to grab a canoe and go out for a paddle, but on this particular day, the plan did not include canoeing. What is better than canoeing you might ask? Well for me, the hiking on foot is usually my preferred activity. That being said, them canoes are just so photogenic, and at the very least I had to get a few pics. They just look so gorgeous sitting there on the water! Thanks for stopping by.

Yes, but it is not that difficult. Have done it many times, always advisable to go with one experienced canoer though.

Living in Wisconsin, with over 15,000 lakes, I learned to canoe at a young age and have paddled many miles.

I'll take my kayak over the canoes! Still it would be fun to be out on the water and do some fishing! It looks like that mountain burned recently, and new growth is coming in underneath. Amazing how the forests regenerate after a disaster! Great shots!
The fires came in 2017 I believe. I'll be doing some kayaking soon and compare pros n cons. Thanks as always for dropping by.
I guess it's going to difficult to be kayaking while taking pictures. This is better when hiking, I guess.
Easier in a canoe, definitely more difficult in a kayak.
