Autumn Afternoon
Lets take a walk around a beautiful bridge, river, and downtown area on a clear sunny autumn afternoon. Picture perfect condtions for a lovely walk around this place. Substitute the hiking shoes for some comfortable walking shoes. Substitute the elevation gain for stairs. Substitute the bear spray for maybe just a water bottle (and maybe some pepper spray just in case). Come follow me, and let’s enjoy the downtown outdoors, but quite frankly, I still prefer the mountain hiking adventures any day of the week!

I can definitely relate to more to the pepper spray, than bear spray. That water looks like glass.. I'm guessing it was wind free? You mentioned that it was clear sunny autumn afternoon.. was it very warm then?

but it's okay to be in the city center once in a while 😁😁, I even want to look for some gemstones this week in a river on the mountain slopes west of where I live

Yes, it is sort of awkward to carry it around, but you get used to it.
