Au revoir Moraine

avatar

DSC06123.jpeg

All good things must come to and end (most of the time). It is time to say au revoir or Goodbye or Auf Wiedersehn (or even Sayonara) to Moraine Lake. At least until next time. I will leave you with the last few captures taken. It was a great day to be in the mountains, minus the somewhat smokey skies that day. What do you think, colours or black and whites, which do you prefer? Also, tell me what your Summer plans are, as we have now reached July 1st?

I think I prefer the colored version and this is just because of how it depicted the beautiful colors of the mountains as well as the lake too. Goodbye to this beautiful place

Most of the time I also prefer the colours as well, but not always. Thanks for visiting

A place with a deep magic, those views combined with elements in the foreground are eloquent... For me, it is difficult to decide between color and black and white, especially with your landscape photos... In color they brighten my eyes, in black and white I look at the drama and it makes me think... Very good job friend!... Here in our country,"July" is perhaps our month with the most rain, so I may dedicate myself to photographing insects in the nearby hills more often... They proliferate in these months thanks to the rains and the vegetation that grows with it...

Thanks for sharing @daveks friend!!!

The 3rd picture in black and white is great! No sign for any man made things, not even the kenus.

a place with natural beauty that is so beautiful to be enjoyed, the complete package is all here, but as you said, even so, you have to leave this place and return to where you live, of course it's such a fun day while you're there

Beautiful photos. I love the tranquility it conveys, the color of the water and the mountains next to those colorful boats. I would love to explore that place. Thanks for sharing!
