Around Crandell

After enjoying the sights around Crandell Lake, it was time to capture some random imagery. Mountain lakes tends to be jam packed with great diverse photo ops. Here are a few of them. Crandell Lake is located inside the magnificent Waterton Lakes park, Alberta, Canada. It is included amongst the top ten hikes of Waterton Park. In my opinion, this park is certainly underrated, and the reason for that is likely due to the fact that it is somewhat distant from the Big Four parks up above (Banff, Jasper, Kootenay, and Yoho) Thanks for stopping by.

It's the same lake, but the scene feels completely different. Truly stunning, as always.

Very interesting that white rocks near the lake, it's not really that common to have some that bright

Yes it was sort of peculiar actually, but interesting.

All of these photos are excellent and brilliantly composed, as always coming from you. But this one has been my favorite because there's so much "surrealism" happening in this view... And that, in black and white, is always a great recipe for visual impact!

Sure is a beautiful place. Such nice clear turquoise water, all of those lakes fed from those glaciers are just stunning! I bet you were taking photos half of the time you were there! Such is the life of a photographer at heart.

No big plans for this weekend for me, just trying to catch up with things around the house and yard. It would be nice to get out somewhere, maybe it will happen! lol
