Alberta Bales

While visiting Waterton Lakes park we stayed just outside the park in Pincher Creek (its usually much cheaper than staying inside a national park where prices are exorbitant). The connecting highway had some of the most gorgeous landscapes, featuring neatly baled hay against mountainous backdrops! There was a slight bit of smoke in the air, which had drifted into our area, dimming the sky to a dull blue colour. Nonetheless, still very pretty. Can never seem to have the elements in complete perfection mode! Thanks for stopping by.

Oh I really like those rolls! They give always a countryside feeling of a life back in the years of our grandparents
Yes, something so pure about them rolls.
Thank you.

Thanks for the share.
Welcome
Right on , I even like the fake mountains in the back there. What I like to do is hit the bales with the throttle on & kinda jump them
Good idea bos!
yessss, that's wat I am talking about
Slight haze but those bales against the peaks? Iconic.
Nice landscapes shots! Have you ever seen those bailers in action? They are amazing machines to watch at work, dangerous too if you aren't careful! I grew up near an area where they grew a lot of alfalfa and I always liked watching them bail up the dried finished product.
Too bad the smoke blew in, but it makes for a nice contrast in the pictures. It also makes for beautiful sunsets! Smart move staying outside the park, it's always cheaper that way. Are you a camper or a hotel stayer when you travel with the family? I haven't gone camping since I was in my twenties, I don't miss sleeping on the hard ground! lol
More of a hotel stayer type..kind of a softie I guess, and don’t mind the softer beds too lol.
