Adventure to Perry Falls

This adventure took place while visiting in the Cranbrook, East Kootenay, British Columbia area. Our “guide” for this adventure did have a little trouble finding the trailhead. There was even a “false start” trailhead, which took us down the wrong path. I was starting to think that maybe today’s adventure was going to be an epic fail, but we finally did discover the correct trailhead in the end. Overall the experience was about two hours, with minimal elevation loss/gain (my kind of hiking..) Sure glad everything worked out! Here are a few of the photos captured along the way. Thanks for stopping by.

Sounds like the expert guide wasn't such an expert after all! lol

At least you found the trailhead you wanted to make it to the falls! What a nice view, with not much elevation gain it sounds like a nice and easy hike. That first picture is interesting in monochrome, I would almost swear it's a tree trunk, very cool! And what a beautiful pine forest, it must have smelled great hiking in those pines!
