Well it's Id el Kabir here in Nigeria and other countries where there are Muslims.
I've been home today.
I got some bad news about the death of a family friend and I'm really unhappy.

It's been a long day, lots of thoughts running through my head. I'll be okay anyways,I know I'll be better soon.
Amidst all my thoughts today,I realized I'm Single 😂, funny right, but I am.
So far this is probably the best phase of my life.
I'm pretty sure you're wondering how my life is going without someone to have and to hold 😂, well I'm doing pretty good and I'm enjoying every part of my singleness.
I believe this is a phase in your life when you have to find yourself,find your purpose, explore your passion, have fun, build and develop your talent and skills and most importantly have your own value, discover your unique identity.

I've discovered that if you don't value yourself or rather know your value, people will use you, people won't respect you.
There's a whole lot to being in a relationship and you have to learn these things to have a successful relationship. Some people just jump into it and are not lucky enough to be in it with the right person, that's tragic because if you never found yourself, there's every possibility that you could lose yourself in the process.
Discover your own waters before diving into someone else's ocean, love isn't a Disney movie 😂,you could drown if you don't know how to swim and then all of a sudden you want to dive. Swim first. The greatest thing you could ever find is yourself and even if you feel you can see yourself in someone else's eyes, you won't find yourself there.
C'mon there's a whole lot of things you've got to do, whole lot of people you're yet to meet, so many goals to achieve,so much more in singleness, Relationship is work you have to prepare for ☺️.
Trust me when you find yourself and you're finally in a relationship; which I strongly believe will lead to marriage , because why date for fun or the sake of it, who ever you're with will understand that your heart is the biggest thing he or she can hold your emotions matter . Don't date someone who hasn't discovered their self, you'll have so much work to do, much more than what you must have probably bargained for. Reach out your arms, spread your wings and fly, soar.
Stay single until you discover yourself, there's no rush.

Ladies, there's too many men trapped in mens bodies still learning how to love,they don't even know what love is,baby girl you're not a class room or a white board to draw puzzles on, he's not supposed to use you to figure out why his mom remarried or why his dad left his mom or whatever, he's not supposed to search for answers in your body, you're not lost and found, don't let any guy buy your emotions into shoes and bags, you're way too precious , your emotions are way beyond materialistic things.

Guys, good girls are hard to find, know the difference between a girl who has purpose and the one who just wants shoes and bags and has absolutely nothing to offer, find a girl that is ready to grow with you and not the one who will run off and swear she has nothing to do with you when it gets tough somewhere.
Find You before you find someone else.
Enjoy your singleness, it's a gift.
