Templo Minimalista y lleno de Belleza en La Colonia Tovar [ESP-ENG]
La arquitectura de los templos religiosos es algo que me encanta. Veo mucho arte y es diferente en cada lugar. No conocía este templo en La Colonia Tovar, ya que siempre fui al viejo que es la capilla que está al lado. Se nota que el pueblo creció y necesitó un recinto más grande.
Cuando entré quedé maravillado. Seguro mucho tuvo que ver, el que fuera Navidad, porque esas telas de adorno, le dieron una vida tremenda. Quien haya tenido la idea de colocarlas tiene todo mi respeto y felicitaciones; hizo un manejo del color impecable.
El templo es un poco minimalista, sin mucho adorno, pero todo colocado de forma precisa y con buen gusto. No se ve nada fuera de lugar ni tampoco espacios vacios; todo está bien distribuido.
Cuenta con unos bellos vitrales y un muro de piedra espectacular hacia el fondo del altar. Sin embargo el techo es lo que más me impresionó. Hecho con madera que parece nueva y que combina con los asientos. Bajan unas columnas de cemento gris que hacen contraste también con las paredes blancas. Las telas verdes y rojas por Navidad, tapan un poco a las columnas, dando más color a la estructura.
Dos lámparas majestuosas iluminan la sala. Son grandes y pesadas; llaman mucho la atención porque además te invitan a ver el techo. Todo es un juego de contrastes con muchas líneas rectas y simples visuales. Pienso que ayuda a la meditación y recogimiento. Además que la tela dorada en el altar lo hace ver más imponente.
Quedé encantado con este templo católico. Muy acorde con la localidad donde se encuentra...

The architecture of religious temples is something I love. I see a lot of art and it is different in every place. I didn't know this temple in La Colonia Tovar, since I always went to the old one which is the chapel next to it. You can tell that the town grew and needed a bigger place.
When I entered I was amazed. Surely it had a lot to do with the fact that it was Christmas, because those ornamental fabrics gave it a tremendous life. Whoever had the idea of placing them has all my respect and congratulations; he did an impeccable color management.
The temple is a bit minimalist, without much ornamentation, but all placed in a precise and tasteful way. There is nothing out of place or empty spaces; everything is well distributed.
It has beautiful stained glass windows and a spectacular stone wall at the back of the altar. However, the ceiling is what impressed me the most. It is made of wood that looks new and matches the seats. The gray cement columns go down, which also contrast with the white walls. The green and red fabrics for Christmas, cover the columns a little, giving more color to the structure.
Two majestic lamps illuminate the room. They are large and heavy; they attract a lot of attention because they also invite you to see the ceiling. Everything is a game of contrasts with many straight lines and simple visuals. I think it helps meditation and meditation. Besides, the golden cloth on the altar makes it look more imposing.
I was delighted with this catholic temple. Very much in keeping with the locality where it is located...
