Keeping hydrated

Hey guys..How are you all doing..trust you having a good day.its my pleasure to be posting here today

Water is essential.For me personally i know i take not less than 3-4 litres of water in a day.i take water alot😆.
For me it not just about taking water but a clean and a filtered one (bottle or sachet).

Water has many different works in our body including aid digestion, helps the body system function well, keeps the body hydrated.
Based my own ideology i think water is more essential than food because one can straight days without but not without water.Even in the medical field doctors advice to patient to drink alot of water.Water is only thing you can take as you want and does not have effects on your body.

Not true.... dehydration can cause fatigue, weaknesses, thrist, muscle cramps and many more
