Shopping in the Alcaiceria of Granada
Going to Granada and not visiting the so-called Alcaiceria of the place is a sin, so I took an hour off from my work that coincided with lunch, I went to a restaurant located in the surroundings and I realized that I had left my camera at the hotel, so after eating I went to look for it to take some pictures for posterity of the great souk of the city.
Undoubtedly there are beautiful handicrafts and you can buy them all, personally I took some as souvenirs for friends and family.

The first photo I took was of the Cathedral of Granada, the place where it begins or ends, the so-called Alcaicería that extends to Reyes Católicos street.
"This cathedral was built on top of the main mosque of the city and the temple is one of the masterpieces of the Spanish Renaissance. It is dedicated to the mystery of the Incarnation of the Lord" (Wikipedia).

This is the so-called Corral del carbón, a building of the XVI century, the only Nasrid alhóndiga preserved in its integrity in the Iberian Peninsula.

And these next three are from handicraft stores in the souk of Granada, where the glitter ornaments of all shapes and forms stand out.
All the photos as usual taken with my Minolta Digital camera.
