No power, very hot and a pleasant visit
Today has been a long day and it is not over yet, from very early, after leaving my son at school, I went to get gas, it took me almost three hours to do it, from 7 am to almost 9 am, the truth is that I don't mind waiting that long, unfortunately one gets used to it in the midst of the challenges, but what today made the wait unbearable was the heat, I could not wait to get home to cool off and be in the air conditioning.
We had not even been home for two hours when the power went out, I couldn't believe it, I know that other people in the country suffer from constant power cuts, but it is not my case, I live near a hospital and they rarely take it off, but today it is hotter than usual, they took it off for 4 hours.
I decide to sit in front of the house to take some breeze, but there wasn't any either, I don't know if I had high blood pressure but I was starting to get desperate, my daughter sits next to me and wants to lie down, I love it but with the heat it is difficult, but in the middle of all this suffering, I received a gift, a hummingbird landed in front of us in a pomegranate tree that we have in front of the house.
The truth seemed to me that he was exhausted, maybe he was suffering from heat like us, we wanted to give him water to drink but he knew that if we moved he would move away quickly. He stayed on the tree branch for a long time, which allowed me to take some pictures, I wish my camera was good enough to give you better images.
I thanked God for that moment, I like to believe that it was a gift from him to calm me down and focus on this beautiful bird, it also made me think about finding a way to place something better for them to perch and hydrate perhaps, I will investigate and hope to share with you more about it, because these birds always visit us, thanks to the flowers of the pomegranate tree and an isora bush that is next to it.

I'm muting this post due to low quality, blurry photos. Next time please focus on quality. Thank you.
Oh how I'm sorry about that, I thought my photos would be appreciated, not all phones have a good zoom, I dared to publish them because the rules say that we do not have to be experts, you will notice that only the first two photos do not look good because of the zoom digital, then the other two without zoom look good. The hummingbird is a difficult animal to capture, especially perched on a branch.
Not by our standards.
The purpose of this community is for users to show their photographic skills. You can be professional photographer, or amateur, it doesn't matter, but that doesn't mean we allow low quality, blurry photos. Not having a good zoom function doesn't mean you need to post low quality photos.
