¿Cómo están hoy? Espero que su día esté lleno de cosas bonitas, inspiración y buena energía. Hoy quiero mostrarles una visita que hice recientemente a la tienda Ilahui, ubicada en el Centro Comercial La Vela, en la Isla de Margarita. Es un local con un estilo kawaii que siempre provoca visitar.

How are you today? I hope your day is filled with lovely things, inspiration, and good energy. Today, I’d like to share a visit I recently made to the Ilahui store, located in La Vela Shopping Center, on Margarita Island. It’s a shop with a kawaii style that always invites you to step in.

Desde afuera se puede notar la cantidad de cosas que ofrece, así que en un paseo por La Vela es imposible pasarla por alto. Siempre me da curiosidad ver qué hay de nuevo. Al cruzar la puerta, te reciben estanterías bien organizadas, repletas de artículos que combinan productos de uso diario con un toque tierno y bonito.

From the outside, you can immediately notice the variety of items it offers, so if you’re strolling through La Vela, it’s impossible to overlook. I’m always curious to see what’s new. As soon as you cross the door, you’re welcomed by neatly organized shelves full of everyday products with a tender and charming touch.

Me llamó mucho la atención porque cada vez que voy encuentro cosas que solo se ven en esta tienda. Lo primero que observé fueron productos de higiene y cuidado personal, como cremas, mascarillas, esmaltes, brochas, pero lo que realmente destaca es la forma de algunos, como este bath fizzer en forma de control de Xbox, una pequeña bomba efervescente que se disuelve al contacto con el agua caliente. Me pareció muy creativo.

It really caught my attention because every time I go, I find things you don’t see anywhere else. The first section I saw featured hygiene and personal care items, like creams, face masks, nail polishes, brushes, but what truly stands out is the shape of some of these items. For instance, this bath fizzer shaped like an Xbox controller is a small effervescent bomb that dissolves in hot bath water. I found it very creative!

En cambio, este set de cinco bálsamos labiales tiene un empaque tan bonito, con temática de Stitch, que todos quieren llevárselos. Están aprovechando que el personaje está en tendencia por el reciente lanzamiento de la película. ¡Me encantaron!

On the other hand, this set of five lip balms came in such a cute package, themed around Stitch, that everyone wants to take them home. They’re clearly taking advantage of the character’s popularity following the recent movie release. I absolutely loved them!

También encontré un body butter pot, básicamente un tarro que contiene mantequilla corporal, es decir, una crema ultra hidratante y espesa, ideal para nutrir la piel seca o áspera. Su presentación tiene aspecto de envase de helado, a simple vista parece algo comestible, pero no, es un detalle muy original.

I also found a body butter pot, basically a jar that contains body butter, a thick, ultra-hydrating cream ideal for nourishing dry or rough skin. Its packaging looks like an ice cream container, at first glance, you might think it’s edible, but no, it’s an original design detail.

Junto a ese estante había uno dedicado a útiles escolares demasiado tiernos, libretas, estuches, lápices decorativos y mucho más. Cada artículo con diseños creativos que daban ganas de llevarlos todos.

Next to that shelf was one dedicated to super cute school supplies, notebooks, pencil cases, decorative pens, and more. Each item had creative designs that made you want to take them all home.

Como tengo dos perritas pug, me emocionó ver una goma de borrar con forma de perrito pug, se parecía a Murphy 🥺. También encontré un lapicero con ese diseño. ¡Así sí provocan más ganas de escribir!

Since I have two pug dogs, I was thrilled to find an eraser shaped like a pug, it looked like Murphy 🥺. I also found a pen with that same design. That definitely makes writing even more fun!

Uno de los grandes atractivos de Ilahui son sus peluches únicos, con variedad de tamaños y formas. Son tan suaves que se usan como almohadas, según lo indica un letrero en la pared. Me imagino que, por su gran tamaño, deben ser almohadas llenas de originalidad.

One of Ilahui’s standout features is its unique plush toys, which come in different sizes and shapes. They’re incredibly soft and are meant to be used as pillows, as a sign on the wall indicates. I imagine, given their size, they’d make wonderfully original pillows.

Respecto a la sección de bolsos, hay opciones elegantes, casuales, infantiles y para transportar alimentos, tipo loncheras, entre otros.

As for the bag section, you’ll find elegant, casual, and kid-friendly options, as well as lunch bags and more.

En relación con los artículos para el hogar, hay gran variedad de envases decorados, además de termos y tazas con diseños encantadores.

In terms of household items, there’s a wide variety of decorated containers, along with thermoses and mugs featuring adorable designs.

También cuenta con una amplia gama de accesorios para todas las edades.

There’s also a broad selection of accessories for all ages.

Al final de la visita, encontramos más artículos de papelería: organizadores de escritorio y materiales para pintar.

Toward the end of our visit, we found even more stationery items, desk organizers and materials for painting.

Una de mis partes favoritas fue descubrir un área con materiales para hacer pulseras. Nunca imaginé encontrar eso allí, pues normalmente los consigo en las mercerías del centro. Ahora sé que también puedo recurrir a Ilahui cuando lo necesite.

One of my favorite parts was discovering a section with materials for making bracelets. I never imagined I’d find that here, since I usually get those supplies at downtown craft stores. Now I know I can count on Ilahui for that too.

Ilahui no es simplemente una tienda, es un pequeño mundo kawaii donde las cosas funcionales se une con la ternura, haciendo que cada visita se sienta como una experiencia de descubrimiento.
