Por el nombre del título ya les estoy dando un pequeño spoiler de este post, pero aún así vamos a contarles un poco más.

Helloo, helloo, les tengo un microchisme en esta nueva entrada, y no es nada más y nada menos que para contarles que hoy fui a presenciar una pequeña Masterclass de Coctelería. Les confieso que me encantó, el lugar, la barra de cócteles era muy bonita y organizada, las personas muy agradables.

El lugar se llama MamaQuilla, un Restaurante con muchas vibes hispanas ya que en su menú ofrecen platos de toda latinoamérica y al entrar te reciben con música bailable y un cálido ambiente.

Helloo, helloo, I have a micro gossip in this new post, and it is nothing more and nothing less than to tell you that today I went to a small Cocktail Masterclass. I confess that I loved it, the place, the cocktail bar was very nice and organized, the people very nice.
The place is called MamaQuilla, a Restaurant with a lot of Hispanic vibes since in their menu they offer food from all over Latin America and when you enter they welcome you with dance music and a warm atmosphere.

Me enseñaron a preparar 7 tragos básicos, muy conocidos y uno de ellos un cóctel de la casa creado desde su imaginación para atrapar a los clientes.

El primero y más adorado: "La Margarita" 🍸 ¿a quién no le gusta una buena Margarita para pasa el rato? Exactamente.

El segundo trago fue uno muy peculiar, y me cuentan que lo piden mucho en el Bar pero aún así, lo veo como para pasar esos días de resaca, como dicen en mi país "el ratón" por sus sabores a tomate y romero, sientes que estas tomando sopa jaja pero les juro que estaba muy rico, se llamaba Bloody María.🍹

El tercero, la tradicional Piña colada 🍸 que ya todos conocemos. No necesita presentaciones o descripción jaja pero debo confesar que tenía tanto tiempo sin probar una que me sentí en la gloria.

El cuarto trago era muy peculiar, ya que sentí que es más para personas adultas por su sabor amargo, Negroni llevaba el nombre de este trago donde el Campari era el protagonista.🥃

El quinto trago y uno de mis favoritos el Moscow mule, con una ginger beer elaborada por ellos mismos, no pueden imaginar lo divino que estaba.

Margarita de Mezcal, muy curioso para un trago pero es uno de los más vendidos, ya que está inspirado en la Ciudad de OAXACA en México, por su sabor a tamarindo picante con un toque de espuma de mango y Tajín como topping. Digamos que me sorprendió, estaba muy rico y la combinación queda perfecta, aunque debo confesarles que odio el mango.

[ENGLISH VERSION] Margarita de Mezcal, very curious for a drink but it is one of the best sellers, inspired by the city of OAXACA in Mexico, for its spicy tamarind flavor with a touch of mango foam and Tajin as a topping. Let's just say I was surprised, it was very tasty and the combination is perfect, although I must confess that I hate mango.

Y por último un Martini de maracuyá, me impresionó un poco que lleva como ingrediente claras de huevo y no lo veía tan gustoso, sí, lo subestimé, pero lo usan para darle volumen al trago, al probarlo sus toques fuertes de Ginebra y Zumo de maracuyá no te hacen notar las claras de huevo. Así que está dentro de la categoría de favoritos también jaja 😂

[SPANISH VERSION] And finally a **Passion fruit Martini, I was a bit impressed that it has egg whites as an ingredient and I didn't see it as tasty, yes, I underestimated it, but they use it to give volume to the drink, when you taste it its touches of Passion fruit juice and Gin don't make you notice the egg whites. So it's into the favorites category too haha 😂.

Les comento de última instancia que no soy experta en licores o cócteles, esta fue una corta e informativa clase sobre los tragos más pedidos por clientes en un bar ya que al trabajar en hostelería se debe tener noción básica de muchos temas y ésta abarca ese rubro.
