Con la idea de promover la cultura de nuestra región los organismos que se encargan de promocionar el turismo y la cultura en el estado, se propusieron embellecer parte del casco histórico de la ciudad con preciosos murales que muestran parte de nuestras costumbres, héroes, personajes emblemáticos, tradiciones y leyendas de nuestra tierra.
