An outdoor coffee

¡SÓLO HOY!.jpg

Greetings friends of the Cinnamon Cup Coffee community. I join the initiative of week 26 of #TheCoffeeShopPrompt, telling you about my visit to a very nice coffee that is located in the town where I am.

I am currently far away from my homeland Venezuela, I am visiting my children and granddaughters in Catalonia - Spain and I have had the opportunity to visit some coffees in the area. The one I show you today is located in the town where my children live.

As we are in summer, my granddaughters are on vacation and in the mornings after breakfast, I try to take them to a park in the area and after that, if I am with my daughter we go to a coffee to have a snack, among those I have visited there is one that I really liked called "Sal I Sucre" in Catalan, "Salt and sugar" in English, because they serve salty and sweet snacks that are a delight.

To get to the coffee we walked about half an hour as it is located in the center of town, in the old and commercial area, we walked through a long caminería with many outdoor coffees.

However, the one I liked is quite a surprise, because its facade is closed and when you enter you find the display cases with exquisite sweets, cakes and breads that are a temptation. We also find the work area.

When crossing this space opens a hallway, with a minimalist decor that is cozy and above all that, for the heat that is doing, is very appropriate for the air conditioning.

Usually I like intimate environments to talk freely and in complete tranquility, but when we walk with children the best are the wide and open spaces, this coffee shop is ideal for it, so we continue moving forward and passing the threshold of the third door opens a beautiful courtyard with lush trees that with their shadows cool the place.

I tell you that my daughter does not drink coffee, but she loves tea and right now she has a passion for one called Matcha Tea with orange, it is certainly tasty and refreshing. It is based on tender green tea leaves and natural orange juice is very refreshing with a mild bitter taste and very well-defined of the other two ingredients.

For me, what they call here a long American coffee that without being red, it is not clear either, a middle term that satisfies me.

The photographs correspond to two different moments in this graceful place where we enjoyed these exquisite and comforting drinks. Very rewarding times with people I love.

That table is beautiful— I would've picked the same pastries I think hehe!

You also have a lovely family, I can relate to your daughter's enjoyment of matcha... although, I have not tried it with orange, I will add it to my list of caffeine indulgences. I enjoyed this read a lot!

The tea is one hundred percent recommended.😊

I have been to Catalonia in Spain, and I loved it there. It was so lush and beautiful.
I can see the Spanish influence of pastries and sweets in countries like Venezuela and the Philippines.
I agree that children need space to play when dining at a coffee shop and if the weather is good, then they might prefer to be outside.
Have a lovely time with your family there, enjoying a different type of coffee:)
You're very welcome. Have a Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious Day!-8.jpg
