Border points contains lots of wonderful views and some of the place has already landmark shows and indicates that the place is the border between two Municipalities or Cities. For today's travel blog of mine, I will take you to the border between the two Municipalities of Manticao and Lugait. Unlike the other sites I explored, this is a kind of landscapes only. No rivers or streams can be seen and found and only big blocks of concrete engraved with the name of the two towns. But this is not the only stories contains here, the border also holds historical stories as the historical teller says to us about the place.

This big concrete block is already a hundred years old built and it indicates that this place is the border between two Municipalities. The concrete block engrave with the names of the Municipalities and also the name called Boundary. At the top of this block also contains small hole where old flag pole was put or placed that time. As many years has passing by, the block was already and nearly covered with wild grass and dry leaves. It is found at the middle of the forestry site where cliffs made of solid rocks can be seen and found.

Back in many years has past, as the historical teller says, this place here was once an open field where guirilla fighters make a camp for ambushing their enemies. This site here is perfect for having a great overlooking views and from here, the road can be seen below. They made a simple bunkers just like digging in the ground but now it was already filled with rocks and dry grass and leaves. The once an open field is now completely into a forestry areas where lots of native trees like Molave, talisay and balete trees grows.

This is a very old bumpy and rocky road here at the border. Enemies are being ambushed here by guirilla fighters that time and hundreds of guns are well recovered and the enemies defeated. Now, each side of the road is not grown with Bananas and Coconut trees. But it is still usable until today because there are lots of people who always passing by here. Different kinds of vehicles like Motorcycles, trucks, private cars and bicycles always passing by here going to the Barangay of Lugait. It is also a cool place here because of the shady areas brought by big branches of the trees.

Main road is also connecte here that is why there are lots of vehicles passing by here and do a shortcut to avoid traffic from the main road. Bicycle trails activities and jogging are also perfect here because of the rocky road perfect for the adventure and activities. Each side of the place is contain with wild grass and small trees and aside of that few agricultural plants like coconuts and bananas.

This is the new excavated road here near at the boarder, it also connects to the main road and the cliff are well excavated creating this single lane of bumpy and rocky road. Billboards and electric post are installed here because of lots of houses built near here. Billboards are well placed at the top of the cliff so everyone can be seen while they are driving.

Not even big and tall billboards are placed but also lots of traffic signs. It helps all motorists to drive safely because of the traffic signs. Almost fifty houses built near here supported with electricity and a stabled strong Cellphone signals. Every evening, there are lots of trucks parked here and the drivers spend a night here sleeping due to a long way travel. The road is compost with four lanes that is why it is quite not easy to crossed here. Aside of that the curvy road is very busy because of lots of vehicles running around very fast.

Even if it is only a border, historical stories also hid here and known as the gems of the past civilization. Until next post, have a nice and safe travel to all of us.
