Garden Journal: "Using Recycled Materials for Gardening and Cleaning Activity"

Recycling is one of my hobbies in life here, and if I saw some things that still perfect to used even if it is already a trash, I brought it back home and think what will be the perfect way to use specially for the plants purposes. This piece of plastic milk powder is already empty as I saw this at the dumping site, it is perfect to plant my young papaya Bell Pepper here that is why I decided to brought back home. I filled it with compost soil and gently replanted some of my bell pepper plants here in this thing. For few weeks has already past, finally the sprouts continuously grows in stable condition producing small young leaves on it.

Seedling trays are all occupied by lots of seeds and there is no any seedling trays I've found at the dumping site. I create a simple solutions on how to plant some of the seeds I have here in safest ways. I started to plowed small parts of the garden and I used empty sacks. I carefully cut it and placed at the sticks so it wont flew away when there is a strong wind. I did not filled with lots of soil inside of this thing so chickens wont be noticed, and the only thing I did was to plowed the land so the soil will always loosen and after that I started to plant the seeds.

This television case is also perfect as a vegetables pot. I collected almost ten pieces of television case and some of it are already used. I planted my alugbati and bitter gourd vegetables at the Television case and gladly it grows stabled producing small vines. It needs lots of compost soil by filling this thing and there wont be any hassles to create hole on it because there is already lots of holes.

I also recycled our broken refrigerator and I used this fridge thing as a seedling tray also. There are lots of seedlings planted here and it is still not produced any sprouts. Small amount of dry leaves are also placed in here served as an organic fertilizer and wait to decomposed. All of the things found here in my garden are all recycled materials and luckily some of it are gaining good results even if the things is from the trash.

This plastic soda bottles is from the trash also and I've learned this during my Highschool days. This bottles are used as a gardening plots so the soil wont be washed away by water. I filled with small amount of sands and burried in half upside down. Some of the plastic soda bottle I have are not yet half burried and I continued to put it here in the Garden. Gladly I have almost 200 pieces of plastic soda bottles and it is already make two big and long garden plots.
I felt very happy to see that the vegetables I planted here are grows stabled and I positively that I really gained a success. Until next post, have a nice day to all of us.
