Exploring A Paradisiacal Hidden Coast Here In Some Coastal Parts of Barangay Likoon Biga, Lugait Misamis Oriental Mindanao Philippines

Greetings hive travelers around the World, all of us loves to travel from different places as long there are nice views to see and to visit. Even if it is a kind of simple views as long us it brings to us the happiness and enjoyable moment during for a visit. For today's travel blog, I will take you to some parts of coast here in Barangay Calangahan. Only few people know about this place because it is quitely far from the Main road. It needs to walk or ride in a passenger vehicles for a few minutes heading in the bumpy and rocky road going in the coastal areas.

For me, this is truly a hidden gems gift by Nature for us because of the coolest, relaxing and nice views that can be seen and this is what I really experienced during for a visit. Only the sounds of waves, winds and swaying of branches of the trees brought by slightly strong winds.

Before reaching the place, I also passing by in this big and very old balete tree grows near at the cliff. This was already grows here many years already, it produced lots of vines and big roots and a wide branches and tree trunk. Because of that, lots of wild plants like birds can be seen and heard tweeting and perching at the branches of the trees. This balete gives a relaxing and cool place because of its shades and aside of that it keeps the cliff to avoid collapsing. This is the only balete tree can be seen here and as the historian said, this tree was already grown during Japanese Second World War.

This is the only bumpy and rocky road that connects to the main road. The curvy one was newly excavated while the straight bumpy and rocky road is the oldest shortcut way going to the Barangay here in the Municipality of Lugait. The road locates at the top of the cliff that made of solid rocks and from here, the great overlooking views of the sea can be seen. There are lots of wild grass grows on each side of the cliff and few big trees like molave, Talisay and Acacia trees. There are also some parts of the road where tall coconut trees planted and few Banana plants also planted near at the coastal areas.

Hundreds of coconut trees are planted not far from the road and all of it are leaning towards the sea because of the strong winds always happened here. All of the coconut trees here are already produced lots of fruits and some of it are ready to harvest by next Month. The plain place where the coconuts planted is also a perfect spots for camping and picnic trips and aside of that a perfect place for sunset gazing also.

This rock wall ages a hundred years old already and it is a part of the rocky cliff here near at the Coastal areas. The surface is now covered with moss and wild plants. Few parts of the rocks are already cracked because of the past earthquakes happens here.

Before we reach the coast, we need to pass here in this simple soil staircase with this bamboo piece as handle if we want to climb down going to the coast. Even if it is very simple structure but still it gives an attractive views for those who loves to visit here. It only takes a few minutes before we finally arrive at the coastal areas.

A wide dry surface of the place can be seen because of the big low tide happens here. This rocky place here is very deep when there is a high tide and aside of that lots of rocks pools and dry sea weeds, corals and trapped sea animals like crabs, fish and shrimps can be found. The brown portion of the place indicates where the sea water will reached when there is a high tide.

This place is truly perfect spot for summer getaways and aside of that very tempting for those who really loves to visit here.
