Celebrating My Grandma's 80th Birthday Celebration Yesterday

Today is the special day of my Grandmother because she celebrated her 80th Birthday today. As for that, A simple surprised has been made. My Grandmother was no ideas about the Surprised that my Aunt will give to her. My Aunt was calling me early in this morning and asked for a help, I was delighted to accepted it and the busiest work I did was to cook food and taking a simple decorations. It was already 8 in the morning when finally arrived at my Grandmother's house, she was very happy to see me and After that I greeted here for her Birthday. She did not know that My Aunt Brought few Ingredients for her Birthday and it was really a surprised for her. After taking for a wonderful conversation with my Grandma, A momemt later my Aunt was also arrived. My Grandma was very surprised to see my Aunt's brought and She did not expected to have a simple celebration for her Birthday.

Decorating Activities:

After taking a minute rest, we decided to start decorating my Grandma's living room. Putting curtains and a few Birthday decorations near at the dining table. My Cousins are also arrived and they also helped cleaning the place and putting Birthday decorations. My Grandma was very happy and she started to get those kept kitchen utensils, Plates, spoons and glasses. My Uncle is in charge of cooking and we only helping him to slice the spices, like onions, Garlic and wash the plates we will used for dinner. Luckily there is a lot of water and there was no water interruptions, we can easily washed those kitchen materials. We kept waiting my uncle who's in at the Farm gathering lots of dry firewoods and after a few minutes, He arrived bringing lots of dry firewoods.

Preparing the Ingredients:

As for that, my Uncle asked me to prepared the ingredients so we can finish cooking on time. I sliced some of the vegetables like pechay, Pelling those crops like Lutya and slicing those spices like Garlic, Onions, Ginger and spring Onions. I also sliced bell pepper and arranging some of the ingredients like black beans, banana blossoms and black pepper. For Macaronni Salad, I also prepared the ingredients so we can't take to much hassle finding the ingredients.

It was 3 oclock in the afternoon when we kept ourselves busy preparing the food for dinner, we really did our best so it will finish on time so everyone can eat dinner at exact time.

This are some of the delicious dish we served for dinner during my Grandma's 80th Birthday Celebration. This foods are my Grandma's favorite and a moment later, the Bihon dish was also served at the dining table. My Father also brought softdrinks and put at the dining table. We kept waiting for a few minutes to our relatives to arrived and after a few minutes of waiting, they arrived.

Picture taking Before Dinner:

Before we proceed eating our dinner, we do some picture taking first together with the Birthday celebrant. This is what we always do every Birthday Celebrations so we can have have a great souvenier of the 80th Birthday celebration with my Grandma. Grandchildren, Sons and Daughter are also includes at the picture taking and it takes a few minutes before we begin started praying to the food and also to my Grandma who celebrated her Birthday.

Praying for The Food and also To The Birthday Celebrant:

After that, My Father leads the Prayer, He always do Praying everytime when we gathered for a celebration. It keepd more blessed specially the foods and the Birthday celebrant. After that we finally eat our dinner and having a lot of fun and wonderful conversation with families and relatives. My Grandma was very thankful for unexpected special surprised for her.
