A Great Disaster Of Our Garden Because of The Previous Flood

Until now, the river contains a strong water current and turbidity water. We cannot easily crossed the river because of the deep parts of the place. The river and the water channels has already change its path and most of the cliffs are already collapsed and tons of rocks from the mountainous place was washed away and ended here. Some of the agricultural plants like Bananas are also washed away due to keep the soil collapsing and crops are started to damage and burried in the mud also.

Each side of the cliff including our farm land is also damage by heavy rains and big floods. Big bamboo trees are also washed out and the only thing left is the roots and the river keeps expanding and widening. This keeps us more worried if this still continues and we really hope that the soil will stop collapsing.
At The Garden:

It takes a few minutes before we reached the Garden and as I noticed the situations I saw that there are lots of roots and washed away trashed at the place. Some of our root crops are already washed away and leaning to thr ground. It also creating this small soil cliff and predicted that it will collapsed everytime when there is a flood happens here. Our Cassava crops was started to washed out and all of it are covered with mud. Our Malunggay plants was also washed away even a single stem are already not in the place.

I totally imagined how strong the current of the water was because of the tracks leaving on the garden. This newly planted young banana plants of ours are also affected by strong and big floods. Luckily it was not totally washed out and it is still standing. Our Camote crops are also covered with mud. My Garden was once full of vegetable plants but now it completely turned into a muddy areas. For me, this is a great challenge I really face in my life and it takes a lot of time to recovered and clean the place again.

This are my Kangkong vegetables and it is also affected by flood. It covered with mud but still it survived. My plan for this is to cut those tubers and planted somewhere were flood water will not reach. Also others of my crops and vegetables, I will removed and cut it and transferred to other areas so it can safe from water. My Chilli pepper plants was also gone including my Alugbati and Okra vegetables. There are lots of vegetables vanished and washed away during flood and it was very sad. I will create another Garden away from the river and start to plant again. Until next post, have a nice day to everyone.
So sad to hear this! Hopefully you will soon recovered from this huge damaged brought by the previous flood. But despite of this, always be optimistic to see the positive side of this..It's great seeing you're kangkong still surviving.
Keepsafe always!

This is heartbreaking! Yet always be hopeful sis @daily.life. Plants, trees will still grow regardless of the sitation.
So sad, after the days and months of hardwork, so heartbreaking, but I can still sense optimism from your post, don't give up, for now you can take a break from planting, until the weather gets better, then you can begin again.
