A Best Summer Getaways; The Beauty and Relaxing Views of Manticao River In Manticao, Misamis Oriental Mindanao Philippines

Greetings Hive travelers around the World. Summer season has already experienced here in the Philippines, lots of wonderful places can be seen and found here particularly Mountains, Seas, Plains and Rivers. For my Travel and Nature Post of Mine, allow me to share some parts of the river here Manticao in the Province of Misamis Oriental Mindanao Philippines. This place is quitely far from urbaned places like Market, Main road and any other establishments. From Barangay Poblacion, it needs to travel almost an hour before reaching this place riding on any kinds of passenger vehicles. The road near in this river is dusty and bumpy and it connects to the Provincial road where built in concrete.

Fresh Water at the River:

If we talked about Fresh water, this part of the place here also contains this crystal clear fresh water flowed from the mountainous parts of the Municipality. Every summer clear water can be seeb here and those fresh water animals like shrimps, Crabs and fish can be seen swim under the water. Shallow and deep areas of the river also found, in fact children who came from other Barangay enjoyed swimming here whole day since the place is surrounded with tall trees that can gives the area a shade. Each side of the cliffs are lots of wild grass and tall trees grows and aside of that, wild animals like birds also found here.

Tall trees gives a great contributions here and most of the tall trews grows here are Acacia , Molave and Mahogany trees. Some of it are grows at the side of the cliffs and some wild flowers and wild plants. This tall trees also helps the soil to avoid collpasing specially when there is a flood and heavy Rains. Most of the trees grows here are almost 100 years old and it is will known as one of the ancient and oldest plants here at the river. It produced Big roots, vines and wide branches.

A Dry Water Channel:

For many years has passing by, the water currents and channels also change in directions. This portion of place here was once a water channel where cubic of water always flows here. Lots of deep parts of the rivers can be seen that time, but as many years has passing by, the place is now completetly turned into a dry areas and only lots of peebles and stones left. Different kinds of rocks colors, Sizes and shapes can only be found here and tons of fine sands deposited. The water channel was already change in other ways near at the cliff.

A Water Channel:

The water channels is divided into three and all of it flows on the right side of the cliff. The cliff also contains lots of holes where big crabs hiding and also shrimps. Because of the intense heat happens here many Days already, the river was not already have deep and shallow areas. Dry bamboo leaves are also almost covered the cliff and moss plants already covered the stones that submerged at the water.

Tons of Rocks:

Tons of big rocks also deposited at the river and most of it are silica stones. This piece of big silica rocks are already washed away down from the mountainous areas. The line marks indicates that a great impact of the other rocks happened during the big flood. This rocks helps the place to have a fascinating views because of its colors, sizes, shapes and compositions.

Big Twigs:

There are also lots of twigs here at the river, it was washed away during the flood and landed it here. Some of the twigs are already burried at the sandy site for a long time already while some of it are dried at the surface for a very long time.

What's Make this Place Beautiful?

This river is not only a best site for sight seeing and Nature Adventure. It is also good for washing clothes activities and swimming adventure. I also experiened that during my Childhood days and for me visiting here is truly fun and enjoyable. Until next post, have a nice day to all of us.
