RE: Ripe For The Picken'

Hello my friend,
I use the word "friend" not to gain a few more votes or to ensure I get selected after a publication on my blog, but because you have taken a lot of time to help me progress on Hive. I realize that sometimes people respond with generic messages that are more polite than useful. But you have always taken the time to analyze my messages and respond intelligently with a lot of useful information. I'm not sure if Google Translate can perfectly convey what I want to express, but I hope it will be understandable. Overall, I am aware of the work you do every day on Hive. Just at the scale of one blog, it can be complicated to respond daily to everyone, to follow all the posts, and to discover new blogs and creators. Just on the two blogs where you do curation, the work-to-reward ratio is really very low. As for me, I always give 100% upvotes, but my very modest contribution doesn't change much in the low income you generate from all your work. However, you take the time to give your opinion on what I do, whether it's on Photographie Lover or Alien Art Hive. As @avdesing mentioned in a comment above, Hive is a reflection of our society where some benefit more from the system than others. I admit that I have much less time to devote to Hive because I have to work to earn a little money to be able to eat. My country is the king of all kinds of taxes, and what you earn, they take without warning. Taxes on cryptos are 30% of the income, plus the exchange rate and the rest, so there is not much left. For my part, I am here to have a showcase for my art and also to get advice or feedback to evolve spiritually towards better artistic work. Earning a little something is a plus. But I know that Hive will not make me rich one day. Sometimes, out of 300 votes, in reality, there are 20 people who took the time to read and analyze each photo, of which you are one. In principle, for each person I follow on their blog, I look at each image and try to understand what message the person is trying to convey (you are the example for me, my guide on Hive). Take more time for yourself before it ends in burnout and you can no longer do anything on Hive. When I open my web browser and go to Hive, the first blog I look at is @Casteberry's, not another one, no, yours first. Then, I check out the other blogs I follow and with whom I also enjoy discussing. And if I still have time, I try to discover new blogs and creators.

I also use the translator because to be honest my English... is not good, but I get by as best as I can.
I love Hive and I enjoy it a lot, but what I always say is that the creator's work takes time and I like to leave a quality comment, I'm always like that, always, I think it deserves it. Plus the artistic work that takes so much time and the photography that requires a good eye.
For me it's always a pleasure to look at your work, of course I can't be everywhere, but I try to do my bit.
No one will get rich with Hive but maybe will contribute some help, I think that's possible. Hive opens up possibilities and in almost two years that I'm here I have projects and ideas that I didn't have before.
Thank you for your nice comment, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I know how France is and what is happening, I keep myself informed by unofficial means because I like to know the truth.
Thank you!
I really appreciate your comments. Your translation seemed perfect to me.
I think this is the case most often. Most people who are "REAL" on Hive and here for the right reasons know how to contribute from time to time... even if it's just a meaningful comment like yours.
You have been a good friend to me since you arrived here and it was a pleasure to help you from the beginning. I also identified with your work and your blog. I'm glad you held on and moved forward even though it was difficult at first.
Thanks for your tips on avoiding burnout and it really means a lot to me what you said about being the first blog you visit on Hive. It filled my heart with joy and made things less stressful. Simple gestures and feelings mean more than most people realize.
Many people leave Hive when the price drops, then return when the market improves. I've seen the cycles and it's always nice to see people who care more about the community and personal aspects than the financial aspects. There is also a tool called “Voting Trails” where you can configure your account to vote automatically based on certain parameters. Many of these hundreds of votes, while only a few actually viewed or interacted with the blog, often follow a voting trail.
I will never get rich from Hive, but it has helped me get diapers, baby food, and other miscellaneous things. So, it's not that I depend on Hive but it's always nice to have tangible things to show for all the work done.
I could say a lot more, but I will be brief this time. I will translate this into French but I think my translation will be worse than you thought yours would be. hahaha
