Delicious Cake with Ricotta Cheese and Colorful Eggs

Hello dear friends, in this post, I will share a very tasty cake recipe with ricotta cheese.

I made these Easter cakes several times during the Easter season and decided to take some photos of the recipe. However, I didn't get the chance to share it at that time. I wanted to share it now so you can try and bake it next time. I also dyed the eggs in an original way and I want to tell you how I did it.

I add sugar, salt, vanilla sugar and lemon zest to room-temperature butter. At first, I mix it, then whisk with a hand mixer or blender. You can also use a stand mixer, beating for about 5 minutes.

Weekend tour - around the capital

"Any trip is a holiday that will forever remain in your memory" — someone

Today I wanted to write about our trip that we took last weekend. We decided to visit two small cities in the southwest of the capital region. The first point was the city of Istra and its pearl “New Jerusalem Monastery”. The second point is Tula, the ancient city of gunsmiths.

We left on Friday afternoon and reached our destination in the dark. Unfortunately, the monastery was hidden by the darkness of the night - the backlight was not turned on.

Birb stalkin

There are birds that live on the roof of the house and they hang out on the poles and wires often. They hang out and make noise early in the morning and in the afternoon.

There are like two types of birds that live on the roof. I'm not a bird expert, but these are common birds in the Philippines. They have nests on the roof since I can also hear some tiny birb chirps... often times I would even see tiny ded birbs on the balcony. :/ There was this one time a young bird also landed just outside the door and it seemed dizzy or on "sleep" mode then it recovered the next day.

Diary of An Eleventh-Hour Bookie

I think the problem with being born smart is the security in the constant wins. The security builds confidence and that confidence slowly creeps into being over-confidence till you find yourself teetering towards academic ruin. Would you make it over the edge of the cliff in time or would it already be too late?

From the beginning, my Dad would call me by the family name, saying that in this family, no one was anything but incredibly intelligent. It was a trait that had been upheld for generations and so, his daughters must be the same. I didn’t disappoint. We never disappointed. My Dad relaxed the moment he saw our grades. We were upholding the family name.

Wandering Through Hisarya

Hello, last month we visited Hisarya, a small but historically rich town. This city, known for its mineral hot springs, has been a significant location since ancient times. On the way there, I was curious about why many people fall in love with this city and decide to stay there for a long time. Bulgaria is a beautiful country where you can enjoy resort-style vacations all year round. In summer, there are beach holidays, winter brings skiing and spring and autumn offer thermal vacations! One of the cities with numerous thermal springs and many wellness facilities is Hisarya. This city has long established itself as one of Bulgaria's most popular year-round holiday destinations.
