Greetings Fabulous Felines and Hoomans of Hivelandia and surrounding communities!

We hope this Sunday finds everyone well — we have a nice and sunny but very windy day here.

In the Mom-Hooman's office

According to the Hoomans, the clocks "changed" overnight.

I'm not entirely sure what that means but the Dad-Hooman says that instead of it being 10:00 it is now 11:00. I looked at the clock on the wall, and it is still round and has numbers... hasn't changed, at all!

We cats really don't care about clocks! We just look at the daylight outside and decide when the day's activities are going to start.

But the Hoomans seem pretty happy about the situation because when we come in to the bedroom and start jumping on the bed because it is breakfast time, it is evidently "not as early" as it used to be!

I really still can't get that to make sense — it's exactly the same time it has always been" Time to get up and eat! But at the same time we are grateful for the fact that the Hoomans are getting up a little earlier (according to THEIR schedule) and that means we get our breakfast a little earlier.

So tomorrow morning, the Dad-Hooman will be leaving us for a few days because he has some "business" in California. He has to get up very early to go to Seattle to get to the train station.

That means we are going to be in the house with just the Mom-Hooman, since the Son-Hooman — who lives with us during the winter months — returns to his work tomorrow, as well.

The Dad-Hooman will not be away for very long, though, because he's leaving early in the morning on Monday and then he will be back on Wednesday night. Still, it always causes a bit of a disruption when one of the Hoomans is not here.

We normally "live" in the Dad-Hooman's office because it has the most cat beds and afternoon sun... but we will undoubtedly find our way to the Mom-Hooman's office where there is morning sun and many fuzzy soft blankets to nap on!

Meanwhile, we are all happy and healthy, and glad to be in a warm comfortable home with Hoomans who love us!

And thus goes the life of pampered housecats! Here's hoping your Sunday is filled with comfort and cozy naps!
