Does everything feel slower nowadays?

I feel like the pace of growth is slowing down a bit, even as time seems to pass so quickly. I can’t believe it’s already Friday—it feels like my weekdays just flew by without me accomplishing anything substantial, which leaves me feeling a bit off. Usually, I end the week feeling proud but exhausted, with the sense that I’ve done something worthwhile. But lately, I’ve just been feeling exhausted… without much to be proud of—and that makes me a little sad.

Maybe I’m becoming less productive, or am I just being dramatic? Could it be that the weather is already changing? It’s been feeling warmer and more humid these past few days, and I wonder if that’s part of why I’m feeling so drained, yet not getting much done.

I guess it’s time to take a break and unwind a little. Anyway, the weekend is coming up soon, so I’d like to plan something and try to do more than usual—to make up for how sluggish the weekdays have felt.

For this post, I want to share some photos I took while exploring Jurong East Garden. I was there two weeks ago and was lucky that the timing was just right—it was late afternoon, right after a heavy rain, and the atmosphere felt more pleasant than usual. The flowers looked extra vibrant and fresh, and they really helped make my photos more pleasing to the eye.

The garden is just awesome man, you got good angle shots too. The colors after the rain lis amazing, after rains the plants look fresh because they basically just took their bath lol. Tomorrow is weekend so we get to relax

I think all of us live for the weekend and then realize that the week flew by so fast!
I've been working since 2020 and ever since I feel like these last 4 years have gone by so fast and the main reason is not living for the present day but waiting for the upcoming weekend. End of the day it leads to all sorts of frustrating things like lack of fulfillment and tiredness mentally.
I believe the whole world needs to slow down a bit and take it easy.
On a side note, love the bonsais and the lake images! Beautifully captured!
