You are happy? And if not... Do you know what the path to happiness is?

I once asked someone if he was happy, and he said no. But in a very curious way, that question provoked in that person the opening to a monologue of his own authorship in which he explained why he was not happy and how he believed he could achieve his happiness.

So I asked again "if you already know the way to happiness, why don't you start walking?" I had no answer.

Many times, we know how to achieve things, but just because we don't want to leave our comfort zone, we don't dare. We live (myself included) in constant fear of throwing ourselves into the void, trying new things, falling and not knowing how to get up... but the truth is that if we know, we just don't dare.

Happiness does not come to us, it is built. They are not ephemeral moments of life. Happiness is a state of permanent fulfillment.

Many events, situations, circumstances and traumas make us lose our way, adopting new fears, or make old fears bigger. But always, always, we know how and what to do. The answer is always within us, only sometimes we are afraid to talk to ourselves.

What are we looking for?
