RE: A glimpse of Santiago de Compostela Cathedral, Spain ⛪

You are viewing a single comment's thread:

This cathedral is soo massive that you can see it far from the distance....When you close to Santiago you can se it from miles away, ive done Camino myslef...years ago, it was lovely nice and quiet, and it wasn't so commercialized as today is, now its a walking holidays rather than spiritual journey...
btw i think cathedral itself is remaining of old civilization that was there before us...more likely it was used as free energy device that later was adopted by Roman Catholic church and now they tell you all the lies and stories...however i still believe the apostle Jacob did his preaching etc......but the full story of that cathedral is not told.....i dont believe in official story....

Anyway, your photos captures a spirit of it, nice job and well done....

Well, there is always a bit of a lie in history, but when you don't keep a record, history is rewritten. I think everything religious is also driven by money, keeping those buildings in good condition must merit a big budget.
Thanks for stopping by. 🙂

I agree with you...and we have to remember that history is written by the winners and also its a lie agreed upon as Napoleon said.....
Anyway, its a different topic for another conversation...maybe next time.....

Great photos again, keep the good work up!
