5 min write: controlled my anger and regained peace.
Hello everyone! I hope you are doing good. In today's post I would like to share a small thought of mine with you all. Well, from a long time, I was noticing that my hairfall is increasing day by day, while I combed my hair, a bunch of hair was collected and several strands just came in my hand and this situation was very critical for me because you get severely anxious and nervous about this thing. While suffering from this, what I noticed was all this happened because of the excessive stress and anger within me which used to burn my good units everyday as I use to provoke myself to react upon small things. Recognising this I was eagerly wanting a change to improve my hair condition and for that I absolutely had to correct my mental health. So I started practicing some things when I'm angry or stressed, like:-
• Going in nature
• Listening to some soft music
• Exercising
• Meditation
• Drawing or Writing
All four of them genuinely helped me along with some nutritious diet to improve my hair condition. So, that's all for today and I gradually covered up my situation.
