RE: Saying Goodbye to Hive 👋🏽🥹

I know if anyone understands a bit how I feel it's you. It's one thing to be a blogger on Hive, you make so many connections and get attached to how wonderful that is. But then as a leader of a community, that's a great responsibility to carry. I couldn't just say "I'll just post a lot less and then it'll be okay". As a leader you have to be here and show up at least time to time to check in on things. I know with the type of community we built NWM to be that wasn't going to cut it. I didn't want to stay in that position because if I couldn't give my all as usual, I felt it wasn't fair to everyone else. It would have been me for the sake of me keeping my role but I wouldn't be able to live up to it. I'm an all in or not at all person so I knew what had to be done.

I’m glad we have kept up with each other even just a little bit. You too are such a motivating and impactful women and I thank you for your positive influence on me. You are another great leader that Hive appreciates.
