Every day, everywhere and at all times, it is not possible for me to have my camera with me. What does happen is that I almost always have that device that many of us depend on, since that's where we keep our music, some digital books or even serve to take some pictures.

When it comes to photography, not having a camera is not an impediment, nor is not having the best phone on the market.

Inside my local polyclinic there is an area dedicated to rehabilitation, divided into several consultations such as physiotherapy, radiotherapy, occupational therapy and even a gym. Today I was there accompanying my mother in her physiotherapy session, and I took advantage of the fact that the place was quite alone to take pictures of it, taking care that since it is a medical institution no patient's or doctor's face could be seen.

It is not normal for it to be so empty, I guess it is because of the time of day (after 1:00 p.m., Cuban time), since this type of consultations do not usually have many patients.

I leave you some images made with my phone, hoping you like them and are encouraged to take pictures with any device that can be used for that purpose 🙏🏼😁

Each of the doors is a consultation for a different specialty, some of them were providing medical services when I was there.

She is doing relatively well and it's just a matter of completing her treatment to get closer to 100%.
