Desde el primer toque al balón sentí esa energía y alegría que solo el fútbol puede dar, además del gusto de compartir nuevamente con mis amigos.

Lo curioso fue que en pleno partido comenzó a llover fuertísimo, de esos aguaceros que en otro momento habrían hecho suspender cualquier plan. Sin embargo, las ganas de jugar eran tantas que a ninguno nos importó. Aunque la cancha empezó a llenarse de charcos y en algunas partes la pelota no rodaba como queríamos, el objetivo siempre fue claro: seguir jugando, divertirnos y, por supuesto, buscar la victoria.

El encuentro estuvo muy parejo, cada equipo luchó hasta el final, y terminamos empatados. Más allá del marcador, lo que realmente quedó fue la satisfacción de haber compartido un buen momento, de reírnos bajo la lluvia y de sentir otra vez esa pasión por el deporte. Personalmente quedé feliz de regresar, de saludar a mis amigos y de recordar que, aunque pasen los meses, siempre habrá un motivo para volver a la cancha.

Yesterday I enjoyed again something that was missing in my routine: playing soccer. It had been about four months since I had put on my cleats or stepped on a field, and the truth is that I missed it very much. From the first touch of the ball I felt that energy and joy that only soccer can give, besides the pleasure of sharing again with my friends.

The funny thing was that in the middle of the game it started to rain very hard, one of those downpours that in another moment would have made us suspend any plan. However, we were so eager to play that none of us cared. Although the field began to fill with puddles and in some parts the ball did not roll as we wanted, the objective was always clear: to continue playing, to have fun and, of course, to look for the victory.

The match was very even, each team fought until the end, and we ended up tied. Beyond the score, what really remained was the satisfaction of having shared a good time, of laughing under the rain and of feeling again that passion for the sport. Personally, I was happy to be back, to greet my friends and to remember that, even if the months go by, there will always be a reason to return to the field.
